Most of my work happens outside. I like the way light moves, the way people relax when they’re not stuck in a studio, and the way a dog or a kid will do something real the second you stop forcing it. The goal is simple: make photographs that feel honest and worth keeping.I’m based in North Mississippi and photograph people, their pets, and special moments outdoors — natural light, open spaces, and the quiet moments that actually feel like you.

Pets

Outdoor light suits them. These sessions are for the animals in your life — whether it’s just them, or the two of you together. We keep things simple and unforced so the photos feel like them.A few familiar things from home can help. Bring a favorite toy or a small bag of treats if you’d like — they often make it easier to hold their attention for the more intentional shots.

These sessions are for one person or a small group — families, friends, or whoever you want to remember together. We work outside in natural light, keeping the pace easy so the photos feel honest instead of staged. If you have a specific photo in mind, you’re welcome to send a few inspiration images beforehand.

How it works

a simple process

Reach out.
Tell me a little about what you’re hoping for — people, pets, or both. We’ll talk through location ideas, time of day, and anything specific you’d like to capture. You’re welcome to send a few inspiration photos if you have something particular in mind.
Prepare a little.
Wear whatever feels like you. Comfortable clothes in soft, natural colors usually photograph best outdoors. If you’re bringing a pet, a favorite toy or a few treats can help keep their attention.
Meet outdoors.
Sessions usually last 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on what we book. We’ll work with natural light and real moments — some posing, but nothing stiff or forced. If the weather turns bad, we’ll simply reschedule.
Get your photos.
You’ll receive a private online gallery of edited images, usually within 5–10 days. High-resolution files for personal use are included. You can download everything directly from the gallery.
